Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technology trends (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence) to forecast 2026+ industry disruptions
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps aligning with company 5-year vision
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate future product ecosystems
- Present foresight findings to executive stakeholders and external partners
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions
- Author thought leadership content positioning company as 2026 technology pioneer
- Monitor global tech policy developments affecting future innovation landscapes
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or futurist research
- Proven track record of predicting market shifts (portfolio required)
- Expertise in at least 3 emerging tech domains (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Technology, Business, or Futurism (PhD preferred)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts
- Published thought leadership in tech journals or major platforms
- Experience advising C-suite on strategic technology investments
- Certification in Futures Studies or equivalent program
