Responsibilities

Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership roles

- Published research or patents in emerging technologies (2019-2025)
- Experience scaling tech teams from 50 to 500+ professionals
- Deep understanding of ethical AI frameworks and regulatory landscapes
- Proven track record of launching enterprise-level digital transformation projects
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python, Rust, or C++ preferred)
