Responsibilities
- Forecast and analyze technology trends through 2026 across AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology sectors
- Develop strategic roadmaps for technology adoption and commercialization
- Lead cross-functional initiatives with engineering, policy, and investment teams
- Present findings to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies for acquisition partnerships
- Conduct scenario planning for technological disruptions and opportunities
- Author white papers and thought leadership on future tech paradigms
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or related field with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record in technology forecasting and strategic planning
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, generative AI, synthetic biology
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals or industry white papers
- Experience working with government technology initiatives (e.g., DARPA, NSF)
- Exceptional analytical skills with data modeling capabilities
