Responsibilities
- Develop and implement long-term technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 market predictions
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, quantum, AR/VR) for strategic adoption
- Lead R&D initiatives in next-gen computing and human-machine interfaces
- Present innovation blueprints to stakeholders and secure executive buy-in
- Build and mentor a team of futurist researchers and tech architects
- Partner with product teams to integrate breakthrough innovations into commercial offerings
- Author thought leadership publications on technology trends
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in emerging tech adoption (AI/quantum/blockchain)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional analytical and predictive modeling skills
- Experience presenting to C-suite and boards of directors
- Deep knowledge of Moore's Law evolution and tech convergence trends
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful tech innovations
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Futures Studies preferred
