- Partner with C-suite to align R&D with 10-year market evolution
- Lead incubation labs for prototype validation of future interfaces
- Author thought leadership on quantum-resistant cryptography
- Coordinate global consortiums for sustainable tech standards
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Systems Engineering with 8+ years
- Published research in quantum algorithms or neural topology
- Expertise in forecasting methodologies (Delphi, Bayes nets)
- Proven track record in scaling R&D from lab to market
- Deep understanding of Moore's Law evolution and its limits
- Experience with ISO 26000 ESG frameworks for tech
- Portfolio of at least 3 commercialized future-tech products
- Fluency in Python/C++ with quantum simulation frameworks
