Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping disruptive tech solutions

- Collaborate with policymakers to shape ethical frameworks for future tech
- Present visionary concepts to C-suite executives and venture partners
- Manage innovation portfolios with $5M+ annual R&D budgets
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote industry conferences
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics
- Proven track record in emerging technology commercialization
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (e.g., AGI, synthetic biology, quantum)
- Experience with technology foresight methodologies (Delphi, scenario planning)
