Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps for 2026+ implementation across IoT, blockchain, and AI domains
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Analyze emerging tech trends and competitive landscapes to identify strategic opportunities
- Present futuristic vision frameworks to executive stakeholders and investors
- Establish partnerships with quantum computing and neurotech research institutions
- Design ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and predictive analytics deployment
- Mentor R&D teams in next-gen development methodologies
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in futurist or innovation leadership roles
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, etc.)
- Proven track record of executing multi-year tech transformation initiatives
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism preferred
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario planning capabilities
- Published thought leadership in technology forecasting (IEEE, ACM, etc.)
- Experience with global regulatory frameworks for emerging technologies
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python, Rust, etc.)
