Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology roadmap, forecasting market disruptions and adoption timelines
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions across AI, biotech, and quantum domains
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and research labs to incubate breakthrough technologies
- Present visionary insights to C-suite executives and board members through data-driven scenario planning
- Drive innovation workshops and hackathons to identify emerging talent and disruptive concepts
- Author white papers and thought leadership pieces positioning Innovatech as the 2026 technology authority
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership with demonstrable impact on future-tech adoption
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, AGI, synthetic biology, etc.)
- Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism preferred
- Published research or patents in emerging technologies with industry recognition
- Experience managing $1M+ innovation budgets and cross-geographical R&D teams
- Exceptional storytelling skills for communicating future scenarios to diverse stakeholders
