Responsibilities
- Lead R&D initiatives for 2026-ready technologies (AI ethics, quantum computing, neuro interfaces)
- Develop strategic roadmaps aligning emerging tech with market demands
- Secure $5M+ in innovation grants and venture partnerships
- Mentor cross-functional teams through agile development cycles
- Present breakthroughs to C-suite and industry consortiums
- File patents for novel systems with 2026 commercialization targets
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 8+ years in tech innovation with 3+ leadership roles
- Portfolio of launched products with >$10M impact
- Expertise in emerging tech ecosystems (Web3, biocomputing, etc.)
- Proven ability to secure federal/state innovation grants
- Strong network with venture capital and academic institutions
