- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify breakthrough opportunities
- Collaborate with C-suite to prioritize R&D investments and portfolio development
- Establish KPIs for innovation maturity and track adoption of emerging technologies
- Present strategic roadmaps to investors and board members with compelling data narratives
- Mentor innovation teams and foster a culture of experimental prototyping
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with 8+ years tech strategy experience
- Proven track record in scaling technology roadmaps for enterprise-level transformation
- Deep expertise in emerging tech ecosystems (AI/ML, quantum computing, AR/VR)
- Certification in strategic foresight or innovation management (e.g., CFIP, CPSM)
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with proficiency in visualization tools
- Experience securing $10M+ innovation budgets and managing stakeholder expectations
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies
