You'll spearhead initiatives in autonomous systems development, next-gen cybersecurity frameworks, and sustainable tech infrastructure. This position reports directly to our Chief Futurist and includes executive exposure to Fortune 500 partners.
Responsibilities
- Architect and lead implementation of 2026-focused tech roadmaps across AI, blockchain, and IoT domains
- Drive R&D initiatives in quantum-resistant cryptography and neural interface technologies
- Coordinate with global innovation labs to develop patent-pending 2026 solution frameworks
- Mentor teams in ethical AI deployment and responsible innovation methodologies
- Present strategic tech briefings to C-suite executives and venture capital partners
- Oversee $5M+ innovation budget allocation for 2026 pilot programs

Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech leadership with proven experience in scaling disruptive innovations
- Expertise in at least three of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, neuromorphic chips, or climate tech
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Nature journals on future-tech topics
- Successful track record of launching products with 2026+ market impact
