Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology roadmaps for quantum computing, biotech convergence, and decentralized systems
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with AI researchers, hardware engineers, and sustainability experts
- Anticipate regulatory and ethical implications of emerging technologies through horizon scanning
- Present strategic technology briefings to C-suite executives and board members
- Manage pilot programs for next-gen tech adoption in enterprise environments
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
- Author thought leadership on the future of human-AI symbiosis
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or Futurology
- 8+ years in technology strategy with proven impact on product roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Published research or patents in futuristic technology applications
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Portfolio of implemented innovation initiatives with measurable ROI
