Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology roadmap, identifying disruptive innovations with 3-5 year market impact
- Lead quantum-AI hybrid system development initiatives in partnership with IBM and Google Quantum AI
- Design ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and neural interfaces
- Collaborate with policy think tanks to shape global tech governance standards
- Develop predictive models for climate-positive technology adoption curves
- Manage a $15M R&D portfolio for next-gen human-computer interfaces
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite and government stakeholders
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or Futurism (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years in tech R&D with proven track record of scaling breakthrough innovations
- Deep expertise in quantum computing, neural networks, or biotechnology
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent tier journals
- Experience securing federal grants (DARPA, NSF) or venture capital >$20M
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
