Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive 2026 strategic roadmaps aligned with emerging technology trends and market disruptions
- Lead cross-functional innovation initiatives, fostering collaboration between R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies and market opportunities
- Design and execute innovation frameworks to accelerate prototyping and commercialization of breakthrough solutions
- Present strategic insights and recommendations to executive leadership and board members
- Build and manage an innovation ecosystem including partnerships with startups, research institutions, and industry consortia
- Establish KPIs to measure innovation impact and strategic progress toward 2026 objectives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or future-focused leadership roles
- Proven track record of developing and executing multi-year strategic roadmaps
