Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and market shifts to forecast 2026 industry landscape
- Develop strategic roadmaps for product innovation and market expansion through 2026
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align organizational vision with future opportunities
- Produce executive briefings and predictive reports on disruptive market forces
- Establish strategic partnerships with innovation labs, academic institutions, and thought leaders
- Monitor geopolitical and socioeconomic factors impacting long-term business strategy
- Drive cultural transformation to embed future-readiness across all business units
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategy, Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies and their market implications
- Exceptional communication skills for presenting complex futures concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Experience developing multi-year strategic roadmaps for tech-forward organizations
- Strong network within innovation ecosystems and academic research communities
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFTR) highly desirable
