Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 'Horizon 2026' technical roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Lead the architectural design of scalable, future-proof systems capable of handling next-generation data loads.
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (GenAI, Edge Computing, Decentralized ledgers) for integration into the 2026 product suite.
- Collaborate with cross-functional leadership to prioritize features for the 2026 release cycle.
- Oversee the migration strategy to ensure zero downtime during our transition to next-gen infrastructure.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of the 2026 initiative.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, systems architecture, or strategic product development.
- Proven track record of leading technical teams through major digital transformations.
- Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and cloud-native architectures.
- Experience with strategic planning tools (e.g., Gantt charts, OKRs) and agile methodologies.
