- Manage $2M+ annual innovation budgets across 5+ projects
- Present findings at industry conferences and publish in top-tier journals
- Mentor a team of 8 multidisciplinary researchers and engineers
- Drive patent development and intellectual property strategy
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with 10+ years experience
- Proven track record scaling AI/quantum solutions from prototype to production
- Expertise in foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, scenario planning)
- Strong background in regulatory frameworks for emerging tech
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent tier journals
- Experience securing federal innovation grants (DARPA, NSF)
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum computing frameworks
