Responsibilities
- Lead development and execution of the 2026 corporate innovation strategy
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.) for strategic integration
- Drive cross-functional initiatives spanning product development, market expansion, and operational transformation
- Establish KPIs and frameworks for measuring innovation impact and ROI
- Build and lead high-performing innovation teams and external partnerships
- Present strategic roadmaps and progress to executive stakeholders and board members
- Champion a culture of experimentation and calculated risk-taking
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or technology leadership
- Proven track record of scaling disruptive initiatives in Fortune 500 environments
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies and future market trends
- Executive presence with experience presenting to C-suite and boards
- Advanced degree in Business, Technology, or related field
- PMP or similar strategic certification preferred
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making ability
- Experience building and leading global innovation teams
