Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 innovation roadmap, aligning emerging technologies with market opportunities
- Lead a cross-functional team of futurists, engineers, and data scientists to prototype next-gen solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions, government labs, and Fortune 500 companies
- Develop commercialization strategies for quantum-secured communications and AI-driven biometric systems
- Present quarterly innovation briefings to the board with ROI projections and risk assessments
- Drive the adoption of circular economy principles in product development cycles
- Mentor junior innovators through our Future Leaders program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or R&D leadership with proven commercialization track record
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or climate tech
- Executive experience scaling technology ventures from concept to market leadership
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry whitepapers
- Advanced degree in relevant field (PhD/MSc preferred) with focus on future studies or technology forecasting
- Proficiency in scenario planning methodologies and horizon scanning techniques
- Global network of innovators and investors across tech and policy sectors
