- Drive market disruption through competitive analysis and future scenario planning
- Manage $5M+ innovation budgets with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Build strategic partnerships with Fortune 500 companies and academic institutions
- Present innovation roadmaps to investors and board members
- Mentor senior engineers and product managers on future-tech adoption
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic innovation, product development, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching market-disrupting products/services
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, blockchain, IoT, or biotech)
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field
- Experience managing multi-disciplinary teams across global markets
- Strong financial acumen with innovation portfolio management
- Published thought leadership in future-tech or strategic innovation
- Security clearance preferred for government-contract work
