- Produce high-impact trend reports and predictive models for board-level decision-making
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and research labs to pioneer next-gen solutions
- Represent Horizon Vision Labs at global forums (Davos, TED, World Economic Summit) as a thought leader
- Oversee the 'Innovation Incubator' program, mentoring futurists and emerging tech pioneers
- Analyze geopolitical and socioeconomic factors to forecast industry disruptions through 2026
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or a quantifiable hard science (Physics, AI, Genomics)
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or executive R&D leadership
- Published work on exponential technologies or paradigm shifts (peer-reviewed journals/industry whitepapers)
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and systems modeling methodologies
- Proven track record of translating foresight into market-disrupting commercial outcomes
