Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 strategic foresight frameworks using AI-driven trend analysis and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive technologies and market opportunities
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-facing solutions aligned with long-term vision
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build and mentor a high-performing innovation lab focused on 2026+ capabilities
- Establish KPIs for measuring strategic innovation impact and ROI
- Represent the organization at global futurist forums and industry summits
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, neurotech, synthetic biology)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field
- Experience with scenario planning methodologies and trend analysis tools
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic foresight
- Track record of driving large-scale transformation initiatives
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred)
