Responsibilities
- Lead multi-year horizon scanning initiatives to identify and quantify disruptive forces affecting 2026+ business landscapes
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for clients in AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology sectors
- Produce executive foresight reports with data-driven trend analysis and probabilistic impact assessments
- Facilitate C-level workshops on exponential technology adoption and organizational preparedness
- Build and maintain proprietary foresight databases using advanced NLP and predictive modeling
- Represent the firm at global futurist forums and publish thought leadership in top-tier publications
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, consulting, or futurism with Fortune 500 exposure
- Expertise in exponential technology forecasting (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Proficiency in scenario planning methodologies and horizon scanning frameworks
- Strong quantitative skills with experience in predictive modeling and trend analysis
- Exceptional communication ability to translate complex concepts for executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in foresight or strategy publications
