Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technological trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and forecast market disruptions through 2026
- Develop comprehensive strategic frameworks aligning long-term vision with quarterly execution milestones
- Lead cross-functional workshops with R&D, product, and finance teams to prioritize future-facing initiatives
- Produce data-driven scenario planning models for global market shifts and regulatory changes
- Establish KPIs and measurement systems for strategic initiatives with 18-36 month horizons
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders with compelling visual narratives
- Monitor competitor innovation pipelines and identify first-mover opportunities in high-growth verticals
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist roles within tech/consulting
- Proven track record developing multi-year roadmaps with measurable impact on business growth
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and quantitative forecasting methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI/ML, blockchain, synthetic biology) adoption curves
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills with executive presentation experience
- Advanced degree in Business Strategy, Technology Management, or related field (MBA preferred)
- Portfolio of published research or thought leadership on future trends (whitepapers, keynotes)
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFMP, SFI) or equivalent analytical frameworks
