Responsibilities
- Analyze and synthesize global trends across technology, society, economics, and environment to forecast 2026+ scenarios
- Develop and implement innovation frameworks that translate foresight into actionable business strategies
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate future-proof products and services
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with compelling data visualizations
- Build and maintain an innovation ecosystem through partnerships with research institutions and startups
- Produce thought leadership content including trend reports, white papers, and conference presentations
- Guide organizational culture adoption of future-ready mindsets and methodologies
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in innovation strategy, R&D, or corporate foresight roles
- Proven track record of translating trend analysis into market-ready solutions
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend mapping methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex futures to diverse audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating successful innovation initiatives driven by futures research
- Certification in foresight or innovation management preferred
