Responsibilities
- Lead comprehensive horizon scanning for emerging technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026+ landscapes
- Develop and maintain dynamic future scenario models for strategic decision-making
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate foresight into product roadmaps and business strategy
- Establish cross-functional innovation labs to prototype next-generation solutions
- Author thought leadership publications on technological disruption and future trends
- Build and cultivate a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry pioneers
- Quantify future market opportunities through advanced predictive analytics
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, or equivalent with 8+ years of experience
- Proven track record in developing and implementing multi-year future-focused strategies
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive-level presentation abilities
- Published thought leadership in futures or innovation publications
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFM, APF) preferred
- Experience with predictive modeling and data-driven future analysis
