As a thought leader in our Silicon Valley hub, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, research pioneers, and venture capitalists to identify and capitalize on exponential growth opportunities. Your work will directly influence product roadmaps, investment strategies, and market positioning for Fortune 500 clients and emerging disruptors alike.
Responsibilities
- Develop predictive models for technological convergence in AI, biotech, and quantum computing
- Produce annual 2026 Horizon Reports with scenario-based strategic recommendations
- Lead cross-functional workshops mapping future workforce transformations
- Establish innovation partnerships with academic institutions and R&D centers
- Design ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and human-AI collaboration
- Present strategic foresight to executive boards and investor forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Technology Forecasting, or Strategic Innovation
- 7+ years experience in strategic foresight or technology trend analysis
- Published research on exponential technologies or future scenarios
- Proficiency in horizon scanning methodologies (Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on digital transformation
- Strong network with academic futurists and tech thought leaders
