Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, or related field (PhD preferred)

- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and systems thinking
- Proven track record translating future insights into market-leading initiatives
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional data visualization and executive communication skills
