Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive 2026 technology foresight framework using predictive analytics and scenario modeling
- Lead cross-functional sprints to prototype and validate future-facing solutions in quantum computing and neurotech integration
- Establish strategic partnerships with MIT Media Lab, Singularity University, and emerging tech startups
- Author quarterly disruption reports for C-suite stakeholders and board members
- Design ethics-by-principle frameworks for autonomous systems and human-AI symbiosis
- Manage a $5M innovation budget for moonshot projects with 18-month commercialization horizons
- Mentor a team of futurist researchers using design thinking and speculative methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or equivalent with 8+ years in strategic foresight
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies (quantum, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Deep expertise in exponential technology trends and their socioeconomic implications
- Published author in peer-reviewed futures journals or white papers on 2025+ scenarios
- Proficiency in foresight tools (Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method, Causal Layered Analysis)
- Experience advising Fortune 500 boards on technology disruption preparedness
- Portfolio demonstrating at least three future-shaping initiatives deployed at scale
