- Partner with R&D to incubate breakthrough innovations aligned with 2026 market demands
- Establish KPIs to track strategic initiatives and measure future-readiness
- Represent the company at global futurism conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation, or futurism with Fortune 500 experience
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and technology forecasting
- Proven track record of translating future insights into successful business strategies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Business Strategy, or related field
- Deep understanding of AI, biotech, and climate tech convergence trends
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFS) preferred
