Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends, technological disruptions, and market signals to forecast 2026 industry landscapes
- Develop and maintain strategic innovation roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology convergence
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for C-suite executives and board members
- Partner with R&D to translate future insights into patentable innovations and product roadmaps
- Build and curate a global network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Present compelling future narratives to stakeholders through data-driven visualizations and immersive experiences
- Monitor emerging threats and opportunities in geopolitical, economic, and technological domains
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 12+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or C-suite leadership
- Proven track record of implementing future-oriented strategies that generated >$50M revenue
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technology forecasting methodologies
- Deep knowledge of AI, blockchain, climate tech, and human augmentation trends
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills with public speaking portfolio
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation (white papers, books, or keynotes)
- Fluency in strategic foresight frameworks (e.g., STEEP, Delphi Method, Horizon Scanning)
