Responsibilities
- Develop horizon-scanning frameworks to identify disruptive technologies and market shifts by 2026
- Design strategic roadmaps integrating quantum computing, AI ethics, and neurotech innovations
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for C-suite executives on existential risks and opportunities
- Architect adaptive organizational models for workforce evolution in an automated future
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs for frontier research
- Present strategic foresight findings to board members through compelling data visualizations
- Mentor cross-functional teams in futures-thinking methodologies and innovation sprints
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurism leadership roles

- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or related field (PhD preferred)
