- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for enterprise clients facing future uncertainties
- Lead immersive foresight workshops with executive stakeholders across tech, finance, and healthcare
- Author thought leadership publications on emerging technologies and societal impacts
- Design and maintain a proprietary trend-monitoring system using NLP and predictive analytics
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-facing products and services
- Present strategic recommendations to boards and investor groups
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic consulting, futures research, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of developing and implementing 5+ year strategic plans
- Expertise in trend analysis methodologies (e.g., horizon scanning, Delphi technique)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and AI forecasting platforms
- Published author or speaker at global innovation conferences
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful foresight projects with measurable outcomes
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from AC/FS or similar institution)
