- Establish KPIs for future-readiness maturity
- Mentor innovation teams in speculative design methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, futurism, or emerging tech innovation
- Proven track record of Fortune 500 horizon planning
- Expertise in trend analysis frameworks (e.g., STEEP, Delphi method)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant field
- Published thought leadership in future-focused publications
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Trendalyzer, Foresight Platform)
- Experience with speculative design and scenario modeling
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred)
