Responsibilities
- Analyze global technology, economic, and societal trends to forecast 2026+ market shifts
- Develop and implement strategic roadmaps for emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-forward solutions
- Present futuristic insights to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Curate immersive foresight workshops for internal teams and key partners
- Monitor and evaluate the impact of strategic initiatives on long-term organizational goals
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, Technology Innovation, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven experience with scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling and data visualization skills for complex concepts
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology strategy
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-strategy implementations
