Responsibilities

- Produce strategic foresight reports and scenario-planning models for Fortune 500 clients
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed future-readiness into corporate strategy and innovation pipelines
- Establish thought leadership through white papers, keynotes, and media partnerships
- Build and manage a global network of futurist researchers and domain experts
- Quantify future ROI for emerging technologies using predictive modeling and scenario stress-testing
- Advise executive teams on ethical implications and governance frameworks for emerging capabilities
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or innovation leadership with Fortune 500 exposure
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent professional certification
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and technology adoption curves
- Portfolio demonstrating published future-focused research or thought leadership
- Mastery of AI-driven analytics tools (e.g., Palantir, GPT-4, predictive modeling platforms)
- Exceptional storytelling skills to translate complex futures into executive narratives
- Experience advising C-suite on exponential technology adoption and risk mitigation
