Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify emerging technologies, social trends, and market shifts impacting 2026
- Develop scenario-based strategic models and quantitative forecasting for long-term planning
- Design and execute immersive foresight workshops with executive stakeholders
- Author high-impact trend reports and policy briefs for Fortune 500 clients
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of innovation partners across academia, industry, and government
- Translate complex future projections into actionable business strategies
- Lead cross-functional projects on sustainability, AI ethics, and workforce transformation
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futurism, Systems Thinking, Economics, or related field
- Minimum 8 years experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and quantitative forecasting methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive audiences and diverse stakeholders
- Published thought leadership in future studies or business strategy
- Experience with futures research tools (horizon scanning, Delphi methods, SWOT analysis)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful 5-10 year strategic implementations
