Responsibilities
- Design and execute multi-dimensional UX research for next-gen interfaces (AR/VR, neural implants, holographic UI)
- Lead cross-functional quantum ethnography studies analyzing human behavior in simulated 2026 environments
- Develop predictive UX frameworks using AI-driven behavioral modeling and quantum computing simulations
- Establish ethical research protocols for neuro-UX and consciousness-interface technologies
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and industry thought leaders
- Mentor a team of quantum UX researchers in emerging methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years UX research with 5+ years in emerging technologies (quantum computing, neurotech, or metaverse)
- PhD in Cognitive Science, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field
- Published research in IEEE Transactions or Nature Human Behaviour
- Proficiency in quantum UX tools (Q-UX Simulator, NeuroMapper Suite)
- Experience with neuro-UX research and consciousness-interface design
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python, R, or Julia)
- Proven track record of launching research-backed products with >$100M impact
