Responsibilities
- Architect Quantum Solutions: Design and implement novel quantum algorithms and error correction protocols for near-term quantum processors.
- Roadmap Leadership: Lead the technical strategy for our 2026 quantum computing initiatives, ensuring alignment with industry standards and future scalability.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with hardware engineers and data scientists to optimize the entire quantum stack, from qubit control to software layers.
- Research & Publication: Contribute to high-impact academic papers and patents, establishing Stellar Dynamics as a thought leader in the quantum space.
- Simulation & Modeling: Utilize high-fidelity quantum simulators to model complex systems and validate theoretical models before physical implementation.
Qualifications
- Education: PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on quantum information science.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in quantum computing research or development, preferably within a leading tech or research institution.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of quantum mechanics principles, superposition, entanglement, and quantum gates.
- Programming: Expert-level proficiency in Python, C++, and Qiskit, Cirq, or similar quantum software development kits.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences, from technical peers to executive stakeholders.
