Responsibilities

- Secure $2M+ in annual research funding through NSF and DARPA proposals

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science
- 5+ years of quantum research with peer-reviewed publications
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or quantum circuit design
- Proven track record of securing government research grants
- Experience leading technical teams of 10+ researchers
- Deep understanding of quantum decoherence and entanglement
- Strong patents portfolio in quantum computing (3+ granted)
