Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum architectures for 2026-era hardware constraints
- Develop novel quantum algorithms solving optimization problems in finance, logistics, and materials science
- Lead quantum error correction protocols achieving fault-tolerant thresholds
- Create hybrid quantum-classical frameworks for real-world applications
- Collaborate with hardware teams on qubit coherence and gate fidelity improvements
- Publish breakthrough research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, etc.)
- Mentor junior researchers and drive quantum education initiatives
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science with 5+ years industry experience
