Responsibilities
- Design and implement fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures for 2026-era applications
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical algorithms for optimization and simulation challenges
- Lead cross-functional teams of physicists, engineers, and software developers
- Establish quantum security protocols for next-gen data protection systems
- Research and integrate emerging qubit technologies (topological, photonic, trapped-ion)
- Collaborate with academic institutions on quantum error correction breakthroughs
- Present quantum computing roadmaps to executive stakeholders and government agencies
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum circuit design and quantum algorithm development
- Proven track record of implementing fault-tolerant quantum systems
- Strong background in quantum error correction and decoherence mitigation
- Experience with quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq) and simulators
- Published research in peer-reviewed quantum computing journals
- Ability to translate complex quantum concepts for non-technical stakeholders
- Security clearance eligibility or willingness to obtain government clearance
