Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum algorithms for cryptography, optimization, and machine learning applications
- Lead hardware-software co-design for quantum processors operating at millikelvin temperatures
- Develop error-correction frameworks achieving 99.9% qubit fidelity
- Collaborate with AI teams to integrate quantum-classical hybrid computing systems
- Drive quantum security protocols for post-quantum encryption standards
- Present breakthrough research at IEEE Quantum Week and Nature Quantum conferences
- Mentor junior quantum engineers in cutting-edge techniques
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven expertise in quantum circuit design and compilation
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum error correction
