Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum algorithms for real-world applications in finance, logistics, and AI
- Lead the development of quantum error correction protocols for fault-tolerant systems
- Architect hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks for enterprise solutions
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize qubit coherence and gate fidelity

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science with 5+ years industry experience
