Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 10-year technology roadmaps for quantum-AI convergence
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen human-machine interfaces
- Secure $5M+ in R&D funding through federal and private sector partnerships
- Present disruptive innovations at global forums like Davos and TechCrunch Disrupt
- Drive commercialization of neural augmentation technologies for healthcare and defense
- Establish ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and synthetic biology
- Mentor PhD candidates in emerging technology policy and deployment
Qualifications
- PhD in Computational Physics, AI Ethics, or Futuristics with 10+ years industry experience
- Published research in Science or Nature on quantum machine learning
- Proven track record of scaling R&D from concept to $100M+ valuation
- Expertise in ISO 26000 and IEEE Ethically Aligned Design frameworks
- Security clearance for DoD/NSF collaboration projects
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum circuit simulation
