Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 innovation roadmap, identifying disruptive technologies and market opportunities
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling solutions for climate resilience, AI ethics, and biotechnology
- Analyze global tech trends and geopolitical shifts to inform strategic foresight initiatives
- Secure partnerships with academic institutions and government agencies for joint R&D projects
- Present innovation strategies to stakeholders and secure executive buy-in for multi-year initiatives
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of experimental innovation
Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years in strategic innovation, futures research, or technology foresight
- Proven track record leading complex R&D initiatives with measurable impact
- Expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, advanced AI)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to model complex systems and scenarios
- Exceptional communication skills for presenting technical concepts to diverse audiences
- Master's degree in Technology Management, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- Published thought leadership on future trends or innovation strategy
