Responsibilities

- Lead scenario planning workshops to identify disruptive opportunities and risks
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions with 3-5 year horizons
- Analyze global tech trends to inform strategic investment decisions
- Present future-focused frameworks to C-suite executives and board members
- Mentor innovation teams in foresight methodologies and trend analysis
- Establish KPIs for measuring long-term innovation impact
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or emerging tech roles
- Expertise in futures thinking, trend analysis, and scenario planning frameworks
- Proven track record of launching tech products with 3+ year development cycles
- Advanced degree in Technology Management, Business Strategy, or relevant field
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to stakeholders
- Certification in Futures Studies or Innovation Management preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating successful long-term innovation initiatives
