Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 innovation roadmap, aligning with company's decade-long vision
- Lead research and development initiatives in AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology convergence
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with 2026 commercialization potential
- Develop strategic partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite executives and board members
- Manage $5M+ annual innovation budget across 3-5 strategic projects
- Establish KPIs for measuring long-term innovation impact
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or technology leadership roles
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products or services
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, Web3)
- Strong financial modeling and budget management experience
- Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Published thought leadership in innovation or technology futurism
- Experience scaling global innovation programs
