Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year innovation roadmaps aligning with emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Lead cross-functional ideation sprints with engineers, designers, and domain experts
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies and market opportunities
- Develop patentable frameworks for sustainable tech adoption across verticals
- Present strategic visions to C-suite and board stakeholders with data-backed narratives
- Mentor junior innovation specialists in future-focused methodologies
- Partner with venture capital teams to scout and integrate emerging startups
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic innovation or technology consulting with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record launching future-forward products with $50M+ revenue impact
- Expertise in emerging technologies (generative AI, Web3, AR/VR)
- Advanced degree in Technology Management, Engineering, or Business Innovation
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ innovation frameworks implemented at scale
- Exceptional storytelling skills for complex technical concepts
- Experience with agile innovation methodologies (Scrum, Design Sprint)
