Responsibilities

- Architect ethical AI governance frameworks for autonomous systems

- Lead immersive VR/AR experience design for future workplaces
- Mentor next-gen innovators through our Future Leaders program
- Present strategic visions to C-suite and board stakeholders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech innovation with 5+ at director level
- Expertise in emerging tech (quantum computing, neuromorphic AI)
- Proven track record of scaling global innovation programs
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Systems Engineering
- Certification in Future Studies or Strategic Foresight
- Published research in IEEE/ACM journals on future tech
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python, Rust preferred)
- Experience with agile/scrum methodologies in complex ecosystems
